Right of Withdrawal

This is a translation of the German original. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version shall prevail.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

Special Note for Digital Services

For digital services: If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have completely performed the service and have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract (§ 356(4) BGB).
